Closing day is here! Whoo hoo!
You will attend the closing and we will be there to make sure everything goes smoothly. You will receive a copy of the HUD/settlement statement showing the exact breakdown of the closing cost charges. The title company will arrange for the balance of your loan to be paid off with the proceeds from closing. If you are receiving additional money back from closing once your loan has been paid off in full, you will either wire transfer those funds to your bank or you can receive a check at closing. And that’s it! Congratulations on a successful sale.
