Steps to Selling: Schedule the closing

Now that the Inspection period has ended, it’s safe to put the closing date on your calendar.  The seller has to close before the buyer, so we'll need to coordinate the best day and time for all involved.   Closing usually takes place in the Title Company's office, but we have some Title Companies that we work with that offer remote closings, meaning they come to you!  Let us know your preference for location and time that works best for you.  Count on closing taking about an hour.
